Our findings will engender an unified scaffolding of novel deep learning, molecular biology and statistical reasoning methods that have wide application in biomedical research. We aspire to move the computational medicine field forward from a static snapshot of biomedical research towards a fully dynamic and living-systems wide perspective of molecular pathways paired with patient outcomes.
